- How do I successfully complete the course in order to receive my certificate of completion?
- To receive your certificate of completion, you must watch at least 90% of the course and pass the post test.
- To pass the post-test, you must have a score of 70% or above.
- How do I receive CE credit hours?
- For those eligible to receive CE credit hours (i.e. independently licensed mental health professionals), upon successful completion of purchased CE credit hours eligible courses, which includes passing the post-test, you will automatically receive your certification with the CE credit hours.
- How long do I have access to the trainings from the moment of purchase?
- All trainings remain available for access for 1 full year from the time of purchase
- Who do I contact if I have issues with the platform (i.e. technical difficulties)?

- Who do I contact if I have questions regarding accessibility accommodations?

- POST-TEST: For accessibility assistance when taking a post-test after completing the course by watching at least 90% of the video, please contact us at Advocate2Create requesting to schedule a phone call with our A2C staff so we can login to your account with you and read the questions and answers so you may answer them.
